I had a horrible experience on 11/15. I went in to get a new full set put on my fingers. I asked for a dark brown and the lady brought me dark purples and reds instead of browns. She took over an hour to get the old acrylic off and started putting new tips on one hand. But several of the nails were not even attached to my real nail and I pointed it out to the lady and she just kept nodding but she didnt fix it. She kept trying to put dip on and I didnt want dip.
