If I could give 0 stars I would. This past Saturday was my second time coming into this salon. First time was during 4th of July weekend, therefore I was very understanding of the wait time and rushed service. However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later.
