I did not have a good experience at this establishment. I went in for an underarm waxing service and was surprised that there was no private area for the treatment. The waxing was done in the same chairs used for pedicures, in full view of other people, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. In addition, the person who attended to me made comments about the amount of hair I had under my arms. The salon is so nice and the staff are great. Vanessa is wonderful!
My nails broke three different times within a week. They did repair one nail the second time I went in. However, I was getting frustrated with having to keep going in for repairs. I went in to ask for help and a refund and they refused. Never coming back.
This was my first and unfortunately my last visit to this salon. I came here because it was recommended to me by family, and I scheduled my appointment ahead of a celebration, so I had high hopes. I want to start by saying that the technician who worked on me was very kind and pleasant throughout the appointment. I even asked for two nails to be redone, and she was happy to redo them.
