It is really hard to find a doctor who really cares for you. I mean you can see the concern on her face when you mention an ailment. She always listens to you, never interrupts. I have always felt welcomed by her. I also like her way of handling health issues. Besides the fact that she always knows what the issue is, she knows how to best resolve it, and not always with medication. I also like that proper diet is the cornerstone of her practice, and she explains everything to you. Amazing!
All I can say is WOW! Dr. Swida is down to earth, listens to you, and is very compassionate - you can feel it! She's very knowledgable, and was able to figure out that I have severe sleep apnea, which has caused/affected many other conditions I have (no doctor ever picked this up before), I've probably had it for decades. She treats the WHOLE person, not just treating a symptom, and takes a more holistic approach, AND she takes insurance! The staff is super nice also. She’s a keeper :-)
Its a small office but I really enjoy coming in. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes her time with you. She is very compassionate. The staff is incredibly friendly. They always have a smile and greet me as soon as I walk in.

Excellent physican that gives you ample time, LISTENS and really digs into your health situation. Small office, but a doctor who is passionate and dedicated to her patients' well being. Advanced degrees in nutrition and aging. So happy I found her!
