I have known Theresa in a professional capacity for many years and referred many in need her way. She's brilliant, no-nonsense & fiercely protective, yet patient, accommodating & kind. She shoots it straight. I trust her implicitly.
Teresa was a court appointed lawyer by rockland family court. We had met with her twice prior to court she had sat there taking notes and we had explained everything to her. Both times prior to court we met with her she had forgotten everything and did not even review her notes. When the time came to have a court order put in place she wrote it completely wrong it was submitted to the judge who signed off on it without us reading it. Teresa A. Faherty is one of the worst lawyers in New City. If you want to spend a lot of money without getting any results then she will be the right lawyer for you. I used her services from 2015-2016 and it was a nightmare. She charged me a lot money and at the end my ex-husband's lawyer was the one who had to finalized the divorce because she was incapable to get the best results for us.
