Quality people and highly professional service. Do not bother taking your bike to any other shop in Bend period.
My bike had a dangerous fuel issue, but I couldn't get it to act up in front of any mechanic, anywhere. I had mechanics all over Oregon, and even here in Arizona, certain that it was a fuel pump issue...or maybe an injector thingy...but probably something electrical... I have no doubt that Matt and Sage's assessment of my bike's issue saved me a ton of money and aggravation. These folks are GREAT! We broke down on a Friday afternoon about a hundred miles from Bend. They waited 2 hours past closing for the bike to be towed in and then the tech came in when the shop was closed,on his day off, to get us back on the road. They charged us for one hours labor. That's it. Don't hesitate to use them.
A VERY nice shop!.... Clean and organized... Mat and Dean were very helpful.... had some general service done to the motorcycle... found my new motorbike tech/mechanic in Bend
