Recently I had my newly purchased 2001 3/4 ton suburban 4x4 in for some noise when I had it in 4 wheel drive. Mike came highly recommended from my mechanic Terry G. Mike had it a couple of days chasing down the noise. Mike and his crew found several things wrong with the transfer case, rebuilt the entire unit for the price he gave me which was far less than every other shop gave me because all of them would have had to tear into it and only gave me a guess. This is more of a review of Jim at the Afton location than anything else. From the initial phone call to the 1100mi drive afterwords everything he did was professional and consistently above and beyond the average shop. Prices were good, but the explanation of everything is what really counts. Not just upselling you, taking the time to show you and explain why or why not certain things are needed. Thank you again!
