I would not recommend renting from this company. Although my time renting from them went relatively well, moving out was a completely different story. I would advise anyone renting a property from them to thoroughly document (both written and with photos) the condition of the rental upon move in and move out. I have rented from several different companies and none have attempted to nickel and dime my deposit the way this company did. RecommendedM-T Management has handled my single-family home rental for the past 16 months. They have placed great tenants and have taken care of all of the small issues that are associated with owning an older home. At the end of the 12-month lease agreement, they inspected and found the dwelling in great conditions. My stress level is much lower these days! Thank you M-T Management.

Terrible company, the owner is the most rude person I have ever met. I tried to move out and she claimed she never received my notice to vacate and charged me an extra months rent when I wasn't living there then charged me for utilities when she was showing the apartment to her next victim. Once I moved out she took my entire deposit claiming I did not clean up and charging me for damages left by the previous tenants. They were a fine company until I needed to move. My fiance and I couldn't work things out for important reasons. I asked them the steps I needed to take to get off the lease and I did what they told me. And I asked them are you sure this is it. They said yes. Almost a year later i was sent to collections with a very short notice. I went to work something out with them and they completely blew me off.
