This is our 1st time using M T Cavanaugh and if you're only reading this to decide if this is a good business then stop now and call them, you just found possibly the best plumbing/mech contractor in the Berkshires, seriously! They are late to the party
They did great work with a renovation we did a few years back. They have also been excellent completing some smaller projects as well as responding to failures due to an old house and an errant floor nailer. Everyone on their team from office to job site has been respectful, responsive, and fair. Good people to work with.

Notice that most of these reviews are at least two years old. I tried to work with Jim Cavanaugh recently on a renovation. He breezed through my house and mansplained to me that I needed to basically re-plumb the entire house even though I wasn't touching half the house. He didn't break down any of the job in his estimate but just sent me a blanket 40k price and said that to get on his schedule I needed to give him half down. He said he was about a month out. I paid.
