Absolutely outstanding customer service!! I worked with Melissa and her team to choose 2 electric massage tables for my massage clinic in Seattle (they do spa and massage supplies as well as esthetician supplies). They were very helpful and personally answered lots of questions I had. They are not a large warehouse type business with a bunch of people not knowing what's going on with their clients. M Spa is an estheticians dream
This is the ONLY place I have found that carries the real brand of skin care that I love (ilike). Other websites offer it, but they are not the real deal and I could tell the difference in my skin. M Spa makes it easy to order and they really care about their customers. Talking on the phone to them, it's clear they really want to help with whatever skin concerns you have and they are very knowledgable about all the products they offer.
