Mac and a few of his guys came out to rebuild my deck. 810sq ft above my garage. It was in rough shape. They had to take it right down to the main framing. Mac and his guys did an incredible job at putting it back together. He did some awesome custom built stairs from my backyard to my upper deck. The whole project was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.

I'm very happy with the renovation of my kitchen and family room by M. Southin and Sons. I was on vacation at the start of the job and my roof began to leak in a separate area of my house. Mac immediately put up tarps on the roof and ensured that the damage was confined. He saved me from a lot of potential damage and expense.
