Poorly runned properties, their staff only tells you what you want to hear when you're trying to move in and then they lie and reneg on anything that they said. If you see this on any of their property. RUN!!!
I paid my rent out of the wrong account on June 1st and couldn’t reverse it, so I paid it again out of the correct account (on the same day), I got charged a $50 NSF fee, I tried to pay my rent on July 1st but I couldn’t pay it on the portal. I was out of town and was told the only place I can go is rite aid, Walgreens…etc. but where I was, there were no stores like that, so I got charged a $100 late fee.
