Live in their manufactured home park in Fort Dodge IA. Constant issues with the manager. Never on site, maintenance is a joke. Was just served with a 90 day for not renewing my lease on the lot even tho I own. Using the excuse excessive garbage but only thing outside is 2 grills and a smoker. Meanwhile their is junk all over the park. We all get 3 day notices to clean right before ceo is coming.
Are you the one who now owns the Chase Village in Baytown Texas? I will be contacting the news right away. I've been dealing with a sewer issues for many several months and Jose claims they are waiting for money from you all. My young baby's go to school smelling because my whole trailer smells like sewer and the neighborhood behind us is willing to call the health department as well! Fix this issue. I will also be looking into a lawyer just in case you try and kick us out.

It is, without a doubt, the most frustrating and unprofessional place I have ever rented from, and the living conditions are beyond unacceptable.
