Came into some legal issues with this place. Keep in mind, the staff (including the regional manager) does not even read or know the contacts that their tenants sign. To me, that is negligence. To them, it is legal avoidance. They told me lies about the contract, and would have misled me had I not known better. Keep that in mind when signing a contract. If anything goes wrong, there's a possibility that you may not receive any support from them. In fact, they may mislead you.
Live in Lumberton NC called Wysteria village associate Jessica about my water in my mobile home being yellow . On hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. Stopped by the office and Jessica said she didn't disconnect she called maintenance. Did not even do the courtesy of letting me know a maintenence tech was coming out and couldn't provide a timeframe on when it would be. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Managers are liars, rude and don't even follow other state LAWS!!! I wish owners actually knew how evil this place was. Update: in Wis law is $25 for app fee. They charge everyone $50. I'll be showing my attorney since they are trying to evict me
They have NO option for elderly persons who don't use internet to apply. Real disservice and exclusion of of people. Wonder if BBB knows they are not providing equal opportunity to all possible residents...
