I AM SHOCKED and disgusted with all these horrific reviews and now we are part of them!. A few yrs ago we too purchased a manufactured home at Oakwood Community Arlington TX. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Managers are liars, rude and don't even follow other state LAWS!!! I wish owners actually knew how evil this place was. Update: in Wis law is $25 for app fee. They charge everyone $50. I'll be showing my attorney since they are trying to evict me UPDATE I contacted you m.shapiro group so quit lying. I hope people take the time to sue you. You can't threaten people without recourse and I recommend any renter to put a complaint to BBB or DATCP in your area. Learn LAWS and quit being slumlords
Edit: The crack in the ceiling has now made it's way completely through the room, closet and across the hallway making a complete crack through the entire house now and I'm just waiting for it to collapse! We were supposed to be out in Dec 16th but we're taking this all the way to court! Hoping the house stays together until then! I've been served an eviction notice for not paying rent.
