Update...from move in date Jan 2025 1. I stand behind my experience that the replies you will see under this post from the m. shaprio comp are BS. They will say whatever is needed to APPEAR as though they care and are attempting to help, fix and/or work with you. They are not, have not and will NOT. 1b. They have yet to properly move me out of their system at their property Nightmare on Sand Lake and issue my deposit refund to the forwarding address I provided them. They also charged me for days that I did not live there after I turned in keys to them! They rushed construction. The windows don’t close due to improper alignment. Doors don’t properly close due to improper alignment. Building doors and staircase doors slam causing sleep deprivation. Certain residents get coddled by management because they kiss their ___.
It has been 43 days since my family recieved a check from this 3rd party company. And no one has any information about what is going on? No email, text or call.
23 days later and the resident who threatened to off another resident in front of the assistant manager at Bayfront on Sand Lake is still on site. There is no sense of urgency with the office. Everyone in the office is slow.
