Absolutely horrific. Other reviewers have pointed out the same - all they want is money - more and more money - and it's never enough. Especially when it comes to the largest expense we have - rent. Hysterically unjust.
Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase or rent from this company! They only care about money, while the residents live in squalor!
These people are the worst. I am a private detective who served a tenant/occupant for this company. The tenant was past due on rent. How ironic I served the occupant/tenant over 7 months ago and still not paid. I have sent 12 emails and called numerous times always some excuse. If they can't pay their own bills, how do they do management?? Complete joke! Turning this over to a collection Company next week
