I approached this business and their secretary for help navigating the commons. I was not a client and the receptionist went above and beyond to help by inquiring with the owner who was in the middle of a hair service. Both the owner and all other staff went above and beyond with their kindness, even offering to drop off a piece of mail for me by hand to another business. Would absolutely love to support them in the future and encourage you to do the same! Gorgeous space and incredibly warm staff!
The travel team did any amazing job with my updo! They came to Charlevoix, MI to do my groups of ladies hairstyles for the Starfall Ball and OMG they blew us away! So great! Shawna did a mouth dropping job on my hair. I couldn't believe it, felt like a fantasy princess. Thank you ladies you all were amazing!!
The experience was disappointing and the haircut was mediocre. The stylist was rushed and seemed nervous. I did not get the haircut that I requested. The sides are not even. I would not recommend getting a men's haircut here.
Summer is so friendly and did a great job with my hair!
