Been going to Jenny since around april of 2024 and I AM OBSESSED ! Started going to her when i was going blonde and she gave me the hair goals i always dreamt of and even once i decided to go copper she explained the entire process to me in September of 2024 and started the gradual process and she does AMAZING work. I got a botched haircut at a different salon right before a wedding and Izzy saved my LIFE by fixing it! She completely fixed the haircut and came up with a plan to get me where I want to be within a couple months! She recommended products for my hair type’s porosity and taught me how to use them. I didn’t feel like she was a sales woman trying to sell me every product in the salon (which was so refreshing) unlike some of the other salons I’ve been too recently, I just felt so taken care of and seen by her!
