Listen I truly enjoyed my experience with Mich. The environment was inviting and she welcomed me with such grace and professionalism. I had breakage and she not only educated me on my hair and scalp but created a schedule and hair care routine that worked for the both of us. I received a cut and Style and man I feel so amazing!. She is by far of of the best! I have now a standing appointment with Mich for the rest of the year. Thank you so much for loving on my hair and making me feel beautiful
Wow, I had such a great experience at this salon. Very Professional, she educated me on proper hair care and gave me timely service. I will definitely get back to visit. I can’t wait to make my next appointment. Also I will be telling all my friends and family.
UPDATE: response to my review is a bunch of b.s. I reached out MULTIPLES times to follow up on these “offers” and was IGNORED. Hence why I went forward with posting my review — only then did she suddenly want to “talk.” Like others said, beware. This “stylist” permanently heat-damaged my head full of naturally tight curls BONE STRAIGHT. She then proceeded to cut a wig I purchased to coverup the mess she made into the most ridiculous triangle shape I have ever seen… Had the nerve to charge me nearly $300 for all of the above…... read more
