we had very bad experience with M & S travel Service if you need to any changing he charge you to much air line refund me the tickets but he is not give me my money back i buy the tickets when i have the coved 19 positive air line give me refund but he is not give me my money back he is ...... to me
Very honest and pleasant experience. Did not hide anything from me and explained everything that I asked patiently.
We bought hajj package from him when we arrived in Madinah they lost our passports me and my other fellow try to call him he never responded he is not the one arranged the group ADAM TOUR is the main guy he just gets his commission from him it's been almost week and half we are back but he never called us back or even apologize So it's up to you if you want to give him business I don't recommend him at all
We have been using M& S travels for many years.Mr.Humayun Baig is very humble, honest and down to earth person.We are very satisfied and never tried any other travel agent.We went for hajj this year and what my friends paid to Dar us salam we paid considerably less money but we got excellent package for hajj.The hotels in Madina and Mecca were in Masjid and haraam, we don't have to travel at all ,it was within premises of Haraam and masjid e Nabwawi.Food and stay in mina was very comfortable .Our hajj was very comfortable, a... read more
