Pure amateurs @ this title company. Anything but professional. They charge full price for their service but then send a notary as their closer who has zero mortgage closing experience and cannot explain a single document. Clients are given their closing docs loosely with nothing to put them in. I don’t know if this is a 1 man show or what’s going on but their operation is the worst. Do not use this title company!
I have used MS Title for multiple transactions in the past. Customer service was great. They were easy to work with, had everything ready, communicated well, and seamlessly and efficiently got the deals done. They also are great for post transaction followup, as whenever I need something post closing, they send it over right away. I would highly recommend.
Great experience dealing with their extremely helpful staff!!
