The management and team at M&S Smash Repairs are TOP NOTCH repairers. Every aspect of my dealings with them was exceptional in so many ways. Communications, Helpfulness and of course the EXCELLENT repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting GOOD SERVICE and GOOD REPAIRS.
Very bad customer service…I was give them heads up to book my UBER to pick up my car in their mechanic after repair been done, they said we’ll book the uber for me. However…. been waiting the confirmation for more than 1 hour, and continue to try call the customer service but no one pick up the phone and the line was switched to automatic response which I could never t talked to them. Ended up after 1 hour waiting I have to book my own UBER to go to their place.
This is the second time I've had car repairs done with m & s smash , The quality of the work was outstanding, the colour match was perfect. Bringing my car back to original condition . I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality repairs
