NRMA joke repairer, got my car back from being ‘repaired’ despite ‘no one driving it’ got back a more damaged, undrivable car and somehow did 28 kms? The team were wonderful to deal with. From reception to the management team and the team out the back. They welcomed me, made sure I understood what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. A great experience. Although, I came to know them from NRMA Claims, if I ever needed repairs to my vehicle in the future privately due to the end result and my experience dealing with the team I would be back. Thank you!
Toyota Hiace Van repaired very promptly. They did suggest it would be completed before Xmas however the guys here done a fantastic job & delivered it well under there promised completion date. Repaired & painted well. Happy with there professional approach. Deserve the 5 star rating. Thanks the M & S team. 👍
