The staff is fantastic! Derrick is super attentive to our property and does a phenomenal job!
1. Cleaner did not call ahead 30 mins as promised; 2. Driver left front door wide open w/out asking if I had animals (luckily I caught it before they escaped); 3. Cleaner came closer to noon and not 9:30 as I was promised, creating a parking problem; 4. Cleaner left a mess: water on the floor, leaves and other debris. I had to get on all 4s and clean in my business suit. Not happy.
Tiffany is always such a pleasure to speak with and makes everything so easy! Great customer service I have been using this company for different properties for years and am pleased!
Carpet cleaning is very good but contracted for condensates drain line cleaning and worse and bad results after the job was done. More problems and not completely performed. Do not recommend this service. Contacted office but no answer of my complaints by the person in charge.
