Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend.
I had the unfortunate experience of my apartment flooding a second time in two months. MS Service Solutions is who my apartment complex hired to remove the water. They both did a fantastic job at getting rid of all the water in my apartment. They were also extremely nice and friendly. They even made sure that my apartment manager saw how badly my bathroom ceiling was damaged due to the pipe bursting. I didn't catch their names, but thank you again for doing such an awesome job and being so kind!
Great company and service
The staff is fantastic! Derrick is super attentive to our property and does a phenomenal job!
1. Cleaner did not call ahead 30 mins as promised; 2. Driver left front door wide open w/out asking if I had animals (luckily I caught it before they escaped); 3. Cleaner came closer to noon and not 9:30 as I was promised, creating a parking problem; 4. Cleaner left a mess: water on the floor, leaves and other debris. I had to get on all 4s and clean in my business suit. Not happy.
