they fixed my mower last year and took about eight weeks to return it so I had to find a landscaper for the whole summer. They gave it back to me pretty much in the middle of August, My deck wouldn't engage and they fixed it so I paid them $500 This year I used my mower exactly six times and the deck won't engage again. So I am not sure what they did, but I have to find someone else to fix the mower again. Also getting in touch with them is a bit annoying.
I went there a month and a half ago to open up an account for my company to get my backpacks fixed. I dealt with Jonathan and he was very professional very nice and very courteous. He’s always gone above and beyond for us and he was a great man.
My father had his mower picked up on 4/25 and the one thursday 4/ 29 someone called my father and said they will drop it off on Thursday 4/30 we'll its Sun May 3 and still no mower and he has called and kefted messages everyday since thursday 4/30 and NO ONE CALL BACK!!!! 😠
Had my JD S100 serviced. It cuts better than when i bought it brand new
First time using and will not be the last ! Excellent service and price! And the free pick up and return is a big plus. They said when they would be there and called to ask if they could come a day earlier! My zero turn mower was back three days later, runs and cuts like new! They fix everything and will be my go to repair shop in the area no question.
