Working with MS Plumbing Solutions was one of the worst contractor experiences we’ve ever had. Their behavior and workmanship were nothing short of unprofessional. Kyle failed to install our tankless water heater twice, which is completely unacceptable for any licensed plumber. Communication with Matt was just as bad—he was consistently rude over text and showed no concern for the problems his company created. This isn’t a store! This company (Matt) did a bunch of plumbing work for me. They did a great job! I’ve recommended them to other people who have also said the were very happy with his work.
