I saw an IG post of shoes that were absolutely adorable! I called Friday morning to figure out how to order online and ask about the sizing of the shoe. The girl that answered tried the shoes on for me (I don't live in the area) to get correct sizing. My order was shipped Friday afternoon and arrived Sunday afternoon! The personal touches on the package + the sweet note inside + the great customer service + the ease of ordering means I will be placing more orders!
