I had such a positive bike buying experience at M&S this week. Rick Debrick was amazing and so helpful and the rest of the staff was amazing as well...even Mark ;) he was very thorough in showing me all the controls, etc. I would recommend M&S to anyone. Thanks!
My husband bought a motorcycle there. Had it 4 months and the motor needed replaced. Had issues with it again and asked them to look at it. They never called to tell us what was wrong. They took it upon themselves to do work on it before calling us to give us an estimate. Charged us over $300 to replace a battery and spark plugs. Will never purchase anything there again.
