I should have given 5 stars, but the receptionist, Romar, was rude and not accommodating. He wanted me to come 30 minutes early before my appointment just to fill out a two-page form (which can be done in 5–10 minutes!!!). It was heavily snowing that day, and when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, he didn’t greet me at all. I am very thankful to Dr. Mary Galiza and her team because if it weren’t for them, the pain from my wisdom tooth would not have been resolved 🙏 Dr. Mary is very compassionate . I was referred to an oral maxilofacial surgeon because my tooth case was said to be complicated and would cost me a lot since I don’t have insurance. My daughter and I went here for filling she has a chronic illness causing her to cough alot with the doctors getting mad at her causing her to go into a panic attack and moved with them blaming her when she got cut by the drill even tho she was clearly uncomfortable and in a state panic when we left she was uncontrollably sobbing it also clear she was in pain and they did not do the numbing shoot correctly my daughter is now terrified of the dentist with a doctor telling us she has medical trauma from the situation would not... read more
