I should have given 5 stars, but the receptionist, Romar, was rude and not accommodating. He wanted me to come 30 minutes early before my appointment just to fill out a two-page form (which can be done in 5–10 minutes!!!). It was heavily snowing that day, and when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, he didn’t greet me at all. Instead, he told me I should have been there 30 minutes earlier because of the two-page form. He also made a mistake when checking my insurance.
