I would recommend anyone I know to us M.S. Chem -Dry. Their Gus are the utmost professional company I have worked with. I used them years ago but lost them for a few years and used other services. Never again! I know have them in my contacts. They listen and handle every area of concern and took care of it all. The owner of this company should be well aware that the staff they have are incredible and they are lucky to have them. They are the reason I keep coming back!
I just move into a house that had major carpet issues. I had M.S. Chem-Dry come out to analyze my basement to give me an estimate. They gave me their honest opinion that the rug was beyond repair, and I wouldn't be happy with the results and would be better off replacing carpet. What company does that - normally they are eager to take your money regardless. Will always use this company in the future do to their honesty and excellent customer service!

I had an area rug that had a huge, greasy stain. I took it to the garage and intended to throw it away. Then I decided to try finding a cleaner on-line. M.S. Chem Dry came up, and when I called them, they assured me they could clean it. They made it look like brand new! So then I took my two white shag area rugs to them with the same result! I definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
