What has been said about this builder is true. They took ages to complete my granny flat ( nearly two years for a 60 meter square area). They don’t pick the calls once they get their money so keep 35% as the final balance payment. Check your plan. If possible do not go with them.
I have a very bad experience with M& S Builder. The build quality is very bad & don’t provide any support.
Once they received the money, they stopped answering calls and refused to follow up. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.
