RecommendedMartin & staff are exceptional, honest, hard working and truly care about each customer. Over the years, the work they have omn my cars is beyond outstanding.
I own an old rare car with little glitches and parts that are hard too find. These guys take care of it like it’s their own. I also had damage to my other car and they handled it just the same. Good people, great service, reasonable costs.
Not only did they repair my damage to the car but took the time to address several additional areas. when the insurance co. said they would not cover an alignment they went ahead and did one anyway. When I picked up the car it was as clean as a detail. Very highly recommended.
Had a very minor accident which we were afraid had caused big damage. We called, were able to bring the car in within the hour, were greeted professionally, and had the car checked out within 15 minutes. They checked out the car, realigned a few things, and even replaced a small part... for free!! Highly satisfied and will be returning if needed (hopefully not!)
I couldn't be more pleased with the M&S body shop . I brought my car in to fix some dents and I got struck by their honesty. They told me that since winter is coming to wait as more damages may occur. They told me to wait until spring and they would be more than happy to fix it then. They repainted minor scratches free of charge so the car would look better during the winter. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were very polite from start to finish. This place is amazing! I had/have several thousands of dollars of body damage needing to be fixed They wrote out a fair quote, as I got several other quotes. But then they asked me to leave it for a bit and try to clean it up and try to buff out the paint damage. WOW! THEY GOT SKILLS! I will eventually get the damage fixed, but from a distance, it's hard to see a problem. They didn't even charge me. This won me over and proves they do great work. Sandro and Martin - best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I mean that . I would recommend anyone to M&S auto. Honesty and quality of service for sure, at least in my opinion.
