Thanking my Cardiologist front receptionist for her professionalism on the phone while trying to get an earlier appointment , she was very polite and helpful on the phone and when I saw her personally her kind and sweet demeanor and smile made all the difference. My nurse seems to continue with the professional atmosphere that was started on the phone, she was very polite, friendly and thorough as she collected the information for the visit with my Cardiologist!!
