I was referred to M & R Window Concepts by a neighbor. It was a wonderful experience dealing with this family business. After calling for an initial consult, Courtney came out within a few days. I had some shades installed a couple yrs ago by my local HD store, so it was important that I match the new ones as closely as I could. M and R windows I have had several wonderful experiences with Courtney Lawless and the company. The quality, variety and expertise are not to be compared. We have had 2 houses, blinds , custom pillows and draperies made and they are exquisite. The office staff Mona and Wendy are great in addition to Ralph ( the best installer) ! I contacted M and R (thanks to a referral by another contractor) because our prior soft goods person refused to come rehang our custom drapes when we moved an hour south, despite a promise to do so. I was sure they would defer since another company made our drapes but I was very wrong! Not only did they come and hang them, they did a far superior job to the original company and charged a very fair price. A wonderful family owned business. They helped me every step of the way to select the type of Roman shades I was looking for. Extremely professional…. A pleasure to know there are other perfectionists around.
Working with M & R Window Concepts has been great!!! Our front window is 164 inches long and we wanted a continuous shade, if possible. Courtney came to the house with suggestions and samples and walked us through many different options. The shade was ordered, manufactured, and installed in less than three weeks. We loved it so much, we had several more windows done! We highly recommend!
