I unfortunately witnessed the owner be incredibly rude to someone without any cause. He attacked them on a personal level when there was nothing negative said towards the owner. It was completely unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate for any member of a community. Take your business elsewhere.
Excellent mechanics. These guys will give you an expert opinion, let you everything going on with your car, what they recommend, and a good price to go with it. Will absolutely be using this shop from now on.
Mike is great! Dropped the car off early and she's ready by the afternoon. Had an annoying squeak that made me nervous but he said ball joint just needed grease. I would have expected for the recommendations to come back as replace the whole thing. Nothing makes me feel better than when I walk in the business and the owner is there to talk to you, does the diagnostics and the repair. I feel confident referring friends and family without feelings scard they'll get worked over! I'll be back with my wife's car soon!
We have become regular customers from our first visit to M & R. Mike, the owner, is kind, honest, hard-working & an excellent mechanic. A Westside Gem!
