Mike is phenomenal! I was already impressed with the repairs and his knowledge of what was needed, and how to get it done the most efficient way including finding a used part to save us money. But then, beyond his control, someone hit my daughter's legally parked car! It totaled her car. He helped with the police report, taking so much of his time when he wasn't responsible or liable as it really was a freak accident, and even worked with us reducing cost of finished repairs, just because he sincerely felt bad for my daughte... read more
