One star for being honest. Rick Towbin came off as forgetful, almost too forgetful, to the point I thought playing dumb was his deceptive angle. Around every corner was another surprise or fee and he never had a clue. He's honestly incompetent and truthfully expects you to understand he can't be bothered to know his own business.
