I have had my storage unit for about three years or more, and I want to recognize the representative for his outstanding customer service. He has always been patient, helpful, kind, and professional. Whenever I have had questions or needed assistance, he has treated me with respect and taken the time to help me. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to serving customers with such a positive attitude. I truly appreciate all of his help and wanted to express my sincere gratitude.
THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY NEVER PICK UP. IF YOU NEED TO GET THINGS OUT AND YOU CANT FIND YOUR STORAGE THEY DONT CARE! THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO OWN A PEOPLE BUSINESS. IGNORE CUSTOMERS, NO ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. WEIRD OPERATING HOURS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. No one is ever in the office, even with an appointment. No wonder they have units available, you can't sit down with them to rent one.
