ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. STAY AWAY. NOT EVEN WORTH the $75 CO-PAY THROUGH HOME WARRANTY. We were having issues with our water heater giving out inconsistent hot water throughout the day. Since we just purchased the home we went through our home warranty and they set us up with M&R Plumbing. They came out to diagnose the problem and with very little confidence said we either needed this small replacement or we need an entirely new water heater.
