Terrible Service and Neglect I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from M&R Management Co. The heating system in our building is not working , the apartments are freezing. Children and elderly residents are suffering in the cold, and many kids have already fallen sick with the flu. Despite multiple complaints from tenants, the company has ignored us and failed to provide any updates or solutions.
