Avoid this management.! Over the years, they have become extremely careless. They cut costs on heating and leave tenants freezing, while rent is far from cheap—you do not get what you pay for. Rent stabilization is no longer much of a benefit, as the rules have changed and rent increases are significantly higher than before, while salaries have not increased at the same pace. This is the worst management I have ever experienced. If you are thinking about renting an apartment here, DONT DO IT. They try to save money by not turning on the heat, even in cold weather. They completely ignore complaints. Every time you reach out, they say they will call you back or fix the problem, but they never do. I truly regret renting an apartment in this building, especially as a mother of toddler and newborn!
Terrible Service and Neglect I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from M&R Management Co. The heating system in our building is not working , the apartments are freezing. Children and elderly residents are suffering in the cold, and many kids have already fallen sick with the flu.
