I submitted an appointment request through their website on Thursday for a dental problem involving a cracked tooth concern, a gum bump, and facial tenderness. I did not receive a reply until I called the office myself on Monday. When they called me back, I was told they are booked about four months out, even for emergencies. I asked directly whether that applied to emergency dental issues as well, and was told yes. I have very high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Not here! Started with an emergency visit where the professional, compassionate care I received was top notch. Just went for my check up and again the care I received was well above the standard care given out there.
