I switched dentists about 2 years ago after about 20 years of loyalty to my previous dentist. The only thing I’m upset about is not having done it sooner. Dr. Reid and her entire staff go above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and safe. The care I have received from M.R. Has been nothing short of amazing and I don’t resent going to the dentist anymore. So if you want to go receive excellent care and have a laugh while doing so, I cannot recommend her enough!

I submitted an appointment request through their website on Thursday for a dental problem involving a cracked tooth concern, a gum bump, and facial tenderness. I did not receive a reply until I called the office myself on Monday. When they called me back, I was told they are booked about four months out, even for emergencies. I asked directly whether that applied to emergency dental issues as well, and was told yes. I have very high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Not here! Started with an emergency visit where the professional, compassionate care I received was top notch. Just went for my check up and again the care I received was well above the standard care given out there. The entire staff works together to ensure that each patient understands the care plan and has a pleasant experience.
