Poor communication and customer service. Had to follow up with them as they did not meet their own timelines.
This is a business that has clearly become a victim of its own success. When I needed repairs to my Ariens zero turn mower I contacted M.R.Blais without hesitation, based on a very positive experience my father had with service on his snow blower a number of years ago ( when they were at the old location). I can’t say enough good things about this dealer, friendly is an understatement and they are extremely knowledgeable in outdoor power equipment. I was looking to buy a stand on mower and got presented with 2 great options. After 30 minutes of talking with Noel and Eric, I knew which mower I wanted. Super easy to work with and I can confidently say I look forward to doing business with this place in the future!
