Not very knowledgeable
Terrible service. Brought a chainsaw to get a broken handle replace. Got a quote for 827$ for a 700$ chainsaw… asked for only the handle to be replace, 3 weeks later no news. Found the part for 47$ and did the work myself in 3 minute. Don’t waist your time and money
Parts counter staff very accommodating; they were able to order a pull cord assembly for my HUSQUAVARNA snow blower; I paid ahead; they texted me when it arrived; I installed it myself ( perfect fit) - this is the 3 rd time using them! Would recommend!
Great service at a reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend MR Blais to anyone.
