I can’t say enough good things about this dealer, friendly is an understatement and they are extremely knowledgeable in outdoor power equipment. I was looking to buy a stand on mower and got presented with 2 great options. After 30 minutes of talking with Noel and Eric, I knew which mower I wanted. Super easy to work with and I can confidently say I look forward to doing business with this place in the future!

Dishonest service. Given an estimate for small engine repair. Assured that would be fixed for within a few $ of estimates, but would be contacted if any issues. Repair finally completed 3 weeks later than advised. Surprised upon arrivivall with an invoice triple that of estimate. Shameful business practice.
It would be extremely remiss of me not to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Michel, Joanne and indeed the entire team at Mr Blais Sales and Service. It is very seldom that any of their eqpt sold and or repaired has an issue; but the odd occasion it does they are quick and professional to rectify any issues.
