Terrible experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk lady was extremely rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was bothering her just by showing up. Instead of greeting me, she rolled her eyes and snapped at my questions. That set the tone for the whole visit. But the real nightmare came after I bought the car. It broke down THREE times in the first month. Three! Every time I called, they gave me the runaround, acted like it wasn't their problem, and were completely unhelpful.
