I took my 2011 Audi Q7 to M&R at the recommendation of a friend, after I had a coolant leak. I had taken the car to Audi Palo Alto, who couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from, and said they needed to take apart the engine to figure it out. They quoted me $3-5k but they said it could be more, depending on what they found. No way I was going to say yes to that! He explains the mechanical issues and solutions clearly in "Lay-women's" terms, without condescending and they diagnose and deliver quickly and fairly - without doing more than is required. In short: Honest, Timely & Fairly priced.
Dennis and his team have been my local mechanics for years. Reliable, honest and while some people complain about their labor cost, having the peace of mind a repair was done right is worth the cost.
Best repair garage I have ever found – I am was w new customer not knowing what to expect. ait end up a very pleasent expereance. They fixed my car right away and did what I thought was an ecellant jo. The price was fair and Dennis was great in keeping me informed.

TO GET IT RIGHT Take YOUR CAR TO M&R – This is by far the best Auto Repair Shop I have ever been too. They are honest, fair in their pricing, and do top notch work. The office personel are pleaseant and straight forward and let you what it will cost before doing the work. When you get the car back its done right and they syand behind their work.
