I have taken my car there a few times now and they do a great job, never a problem, and they are very courteous. Wish they were closer to me though.
Took one of our vehicles to M&R for heating and poor gas mileage issues they found the problem and had it fixed the same day. Thank you
If you need repairs done on your vehicle, don't take it to M&R in Bay City, Michigan. They do not stand behind their work and obviously not their workmanship. Had head gaskets fixed a year ago and just because we fixed the thermostat from a different mechanic and friend of ours a couple months ago, the won't stand behind their warranty and/or work they did. They wanted another $1500 to fix it. Oh and by the way... they did not call to discuss what was wrong with it after having if for a week and a half. Very, very bad custom... read more
Went to M&R for a transmission problem. They were great to work with, very friendly, and fast! My car came back in great shape! Definitely a very happy customer, great job guys!
M&R is a dishonest place to have your car worked on had my car there 3 times for transmission under warranty said nothings wrong warranty gone transmission gone said my car was never there for the transmission to be looked at just want you to know what comes around goes around karma remember....
