I'd like to add Marlon and Kareem to the technicians that serviced my unit, they went above and beyond the call of duty, cleaned everything and took their time to make sure everything was running perfectly. Really appreciate this company's commitment to customer service!!
Marcelo was thorough and even corrected a humidity problem in my home! He wanted to reopen a closed up vent but left without doing it and the vent is too high for me to reach !
