If I could give 0 stars I would. The male nail technician started to run tools over my hands and mistook my real nails for acrylic nails. I kept repeatingly explaining that the process hurted and he needed to find another way, to remove the gel from my nails. Once the polish was removed, the nail technician left me waiting for an hour after starting my nails. it was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. The worst experience i’ve ever had. I asked them to fix it and blamed it on my nail bed when it had nothing to do with the bed of my nails. I got french tip toes and it was so uneven. I asked if they could just give me white and they refused. I would never recommend this place.
