Called this number to make an appointment with Lifestance. They asked what insurance I’d be using I asked IF Medicaid was covered, they said no. So I said that’s fine I have Optum United Healthcare private insurance, I can use. The lady completely refused and rejected and said because I STATED I had Medicaid they wouldn’t be able to move forward with scheduling.
