I have been a patient here for three years. I called today as I am in pain and need an appointment this week. The receptionist said that there was no availability during a time I could make it. (She offered one option.) I emailed the owner to ask for a referral. She said that I could Google someone else. The lack of regard expressed by the receptionist and the owner was hurtful and really beyond the pale. Not patient-centered. Do not recommend.
I can not speak more highly of M-Power prosthetics. They have been so helpful on this journey to get my life back and walk. They are so knowledgable (they really just know there stuff), and they very carefully listen and take the time to really explain things. Amy Mehary and all of the staff there are very kind and compassionate and warm. Even the front waiting room feels like home which speaks a lot about the care and warmth E-Power provides while helping you again. I am so glad to have them in my corner.
I am grateful my friend Mark told me about MPower Prosthetics. Being an amputee for 37 years I have experienced many clinics and clinicians, they are the very best. MPower's mission is in their name, they have empowered me and given me true freedom and I am grateful and thankful for Amy and Steve at MPower Prosthetics.
I have been with M-Power for a couple years now. I had a BKA on the right side and Dr. Ricc Gonzalez got me fit for and made my leg. My leg has been perfect since day 1. Dr. Ricc has also been a giant source of moral support. Dr. Ricc has been there for me professionally and personally like I could have never imagined. He is now making me a prothstetic fory left foot. Dr. Ricc and M-Power are at the top of their game.
