I originally purchased throttle actuators for my M3 back in March of 2022. I was one of the very rare cases where an actuator does need to be warrantied 3 years later and Mo worked with me directly on this. He gave me a personal phone call to break things down with me and shipped out the replacement unit literally within 15 minutes.
