These guys are awesome! Ordered s65 throttle actuators. They shipped within a week and processed the cores as soon as they were returned. They are a small business so please be patient with them. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely order again!

[2nd Edit] Have downgraded my review to 1 star as till this date, 3 months after purchase I have yet to receive purchased product. Several upon several false claims this company says they will get my item out by X date yet the date always comes and goes with no meaningful update. Amazing people at this shop. UPS lost the under-tray I ordered, but these guys went above and beyond and sent out a replacement ASAP. Communication throughout the whole process was consistent and top-notch. I’ll definitely be ordering more parts from them in the future. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor communication and unrealistic shipping estimates. I was repeatedly given inaccurate timelines: first "3 weeks," then "by the end of the month," then "shipping next week." Each promise came and went with no follow-through and no proactive updates. I had to keep asking for status instead of being informed. If you can't provide accurate shipping estimates, don't make promises you can't keep. The product may be good, but the customer service and expectation management have been very disappointing.
