Extremely poor communication and unrealistic shipping estimates. I was repeatedly given inaccurate timelines: first "3 weeks," then "by the end of the month," then "shipping next week." Each promise came and went with no follow-through and no proactive updates. I had to keep asking for status instead of being informed. If you can't provide accurate shipping estimates, don't make promises you can't keep. The product may be good, but the customer service and expectation management have been very disappointing.

i run EPM’s skid plate, throttle actuators, valve covers, spark plug tubes, vanos covers, and power steering reservoir on my supercharged E92 M3. I’ve been blown away by the quality of the parts. I’ve had zero issues with any of the parts. Both the valve covers, and the power steering reservoir have not leaked and are insanely good quality. I honestly wouldn’t recommend any other brand other than EuroPower Motorsports. They’re the best in the game in every category, including customer service.

I have a 2010 M3, which needed throttle actuators. EPM got me an excellent part which worked without issue, packaged nicely and ready to go. Installed and operational in under 1 day. Perfect.

Thank you to EuroPower for the perfect experience purchasing their rebuilt S85 throttle actuators. As a DIY'er, I was able to swap them in on my own and they are working flawlessly. It's great to see businesses like this continuing investment in aftermarket service parts to keep these special cars on the road.
