I hired M Pete Inc to do a complete renovation on my home, including building a new garage. Our experience with Pete and her subs were excellent, Pete brings experience as well asdesign expertise.
4 houses and 10 years of excellent work. Pete has transformed each of our homes into beautiful living spaces that perfectly reflect our lifestyle and who we are as a family. She really takes the time to listen and figure out what can work for us and it does! We have known and depended on Pete and her crew for professional work and craftsmanship for many years. She has never let us down. I highly recommend her for her excellent design skills and work ethic. She’s the best!
From start to finish, Pete Mangum the owner and principal at M. Pete, failed not only to deliver but to cause more stress and strife in our lives than one can imagine. Her numbers were all completely unrealistic and every single thing was much more expensive than her quote. We ended up finding and using our own mason for the blue stone walk way. She and her subcontractor tried to use Sherwin Williams Duracraft (Sherwin Williams Lowest End Paint) and said it was Duration, which was what was specified. we had to pay a painter ... read more
Pete's company, M Pete Inc, did a great job remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom closet. The project was on time, she had lots of good design ideas, and all the sub contractors were happy too. She helped us save money and we have no complaints, only praise for a job well done. We would definitely use her company again!
Stay away. Pete Mangum of M. Pete Inc. has no morals or integrity. She can't keep a crew because everything she does turns to disaster, and they get tired of homeowners yelling at them. She ends up having to hire anybody with a hammer she can find, has to switch subs all the time because they stop working with her because she is slow to pay, fails to pay, is doing such a bad job that they are embarrassed to be on the site, etc., and then she blames the homeowner for any payment issues, even though the owner is paying accordi... read more
