My Cub Cadet that I purchased last summer from Home Depot was under warranty, they(Home Depot) called P & M mower to do the repair. It took over 2 weeks to come get the mower, and they have had it for 5 weeks now! Every excuse has been given to me for it not being returned to me! I have had to pay someone alot of money to keep my yard mowed. Beyond me why Home Depot has a company so far from me and so poor with customer service do the repairs. I brought my 7 year old mower to M&P and Scott was able to get my repair covered under warranty. Come to find out that some parts have a lifetime warranty. I got my mower back in about a week, and there was NO BILL!!!!. Im glad to see a quaity repair shop in Georgetown again.
'Lightning Fast', well if 4 weeks is lightning fast, then I guess I could give them one star. I took in my push mower and weed eater and was told one week. At one week I stopped by and was told they were running behind and he would 'tag it' and they would call when it was ready. Two weeks into lightning fast service, I tried to call, no answer, no answer, left messages, no call back.
