Dr Jayasankaran is a rare gem in the world of rushed medical care. He thoroughly checked out my son and took the time needed to ask meaningful questions to get to the root of the problem. He actually detected a very serious issue that his normal doctor and sports physical screenings have never detected! I hate to see poor reviews over delays, bc it’s evident that he takes his time to actually do his job and not gaslight parents, and aims to not provide substandard care for these children. He actually detected a heart murmur that has been missed for years, while seeing a different doctor at this facility. I hate to see poor reviews over scheduling, bc it’s evident that he takes his time to actually do his job and not gaslight parents and provide substandard care for these children. my daughter appointment was for 3:30 didn't get to the back till an hour later then the doctor just came in the room not knocking or nothing to grab something in walk right out. I look at the time it was 5:14 in the doctor didn't came back in the room so I grab my child in left when I left the hallways was dark I think they forget about us. He very unprofessional in need to learn some damn home training.
This was our first visit back to this practice since we left over 10 years ago. I left then because the place was gross, the people were incompetent, and it took FOREVER to be seen. But in weighing options for a new pediatrician, I heard good things about this location now (come to find out, the good things were about the other OLOL Peds office in the same building, not this practice).
