MP Energy has been servicing our HVAC systems for years. This past February, amid record low temperatures, our boiler failed. MP came through in a big way. They installed a replacement in time for us to avoid having to drain all the water pipes in our house and take up temporary residence elsewhere. The owner, Marlon Pujon, was involved through the entire process. Marlon and team are wonderful - they installed an HVAC system and its been flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for work.
Excellent installation and service over many years. Our furnace began leaking water a couple of days ago and Javid arrived within a few hours to replace a broken pump; very satisfied.
I called MP Energy Services to get help addressing inconsistent heat on the different floors of my home. After looking at the system, they suggested having another technician come out to provide a quote. I never received a call for a technician to come out, and I was sent an invoice for $99. They did not tell me there would be any charge in advance. When I called to ask about this, they were unwilling to waive the fee.
