Very unprofessional in the way they deal with customers. I called about a part for my Jeep Wrangler and the person I spoke to acted as though I was putting him out by making him answer the phone and rudely told me they didn't have the part, even before he had a chance to look it up. He then got very defensive when I told him I thought he was being rude and said I was free to look elsewhere. I did, and will not return.
The gentlemen I spoke with was VERY rude and short to me! Not recommended M &P to anyone especially other females!
