I bought a 98 grand cherokee from them at a great price with low bi weekly payments about 1 year and a half ago I still have it and I love it never had any issues with it for it being a old car
Sold me a super beat up 2002 Dodge Durango for more than it was worth, using the threat of repossession. Honestly, wouldn't have minded if they did that car was junk, only good thing about it was the mileage. Passenger door busted and trunk door never stayed open, also had a lot of cosmetic damage. They could be nice people who knows, but they did me dirty. Didn't even get my title in the mail. If you're in desperate need of a vehicle try somewhere else.
Not only did they sell my elderly disabled mother a vehicle that was in very poor shape for FAR too much money but it broke down on her and they refused to send the title to the correct location after it was paid off. Then they have the audacity to tell her that they “didn’t have time” to send a release of lien to her address (after initially telling her that they did send it via mail) which is now in NW Austin and told her if she wanted it she had to drive down there to their office herself and get it.
